Phu Si (Mount Phou Si) is a hill located at the center of Luang Prabang town.There are two entrances to walk up to the top of the hill either taking 328 steps at the Sisavangvong Raod, opposite the front gate of Royal Palace Museum, or backstairs at a side road of the Nam Kan River, you then enjoy panoramic views of Luang Prabang town.
